The International Journal of Human Resource Management–IJHRM–is a publication covering a broad range of business topics, including human resource management, business and industry, finance, economics, and management and accounting. Now publishing 22 issues each year, the IJHRM encourages the publication of articles that are strategically focused on a wide array of topics such as high commitment work systems, reward systems, human resource flow and the management decision making process.
