Human Relations Journal

The Human Relations Journal is a peer-reviewed, international journal that publishes high-quality, original research and articles for the purpose of advancing understanding of social relationships in the workplace. It is published on a quarterly basis beginning in January. The Human Relations Journal embraces strong, empirical contributors who are comfortable developing and extending theories. The publication also encourages contributors who turn out high-quality conceptual papers that expand, critique and explore existing theories. The Journal also welcomes critical reviews written for the purpose of genuinely advancing the understanding of the relationship among interdisciplinary social sciences, business organizations, and management teams. The Journal is published by the Committee on Publication Ethics, also referred to as COPE, and has an impact factor of 1.938.
