Academy of Management Journal

The Academy of Management Journal – AMJ – has offered indispensable reading material for over 50 years to management scholars around the world. It is the first empirical journal of its type in the field of business management. Articles found in the AMJ expand upon, test or build theories and thus contribute to management practices through various empirical methods. These include qualitative, quantitative, meta-analytic, field and combination methods.
