Dr. Stefan Schwarzkopf
Stefan Schwarzkopf is an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. After studying Modern History, he finished his PhD at the University of London on the rise, decline and then re-emergence of the British advertising industry between the 1880s and the 1980s. Most of his work focuses on how researchers and practitioners can use the past for insights into finding out what makes good management practices and strategies, in particular in the area of global marketing and branding. He also has a strong research interest in the ethics of capitalism and the theory of markets. His work has appeared in marketing and sociological journals in Britain, the United States and in Germany.
